
With one of the Georgia rescues we got in a litter of lab pups. One of these pups the staff started to call Little Mutant Man. This poor little guy was showing very weird signs of bowed legs.

Pets Alive will be staying open!
Hello again everyone! We got a very welcoming response to our last email asking if you wanted to continue to keep Pets Alive up and running in this area. We’re going to continue to do this and continue to ask for your support. I will also post this sort of update to the forum and to your email at least 2-3 times a month to keep you abreast of what is happening here at the sanctuary. We encourage you to come down, visit, get involved and meet our staff and animals. WE NEED YOU!

Best Friends Pulls Away!
Goodbye and Thank You!
We would like to thank Best Friends for the past nine months. As most of you know, Best Friends came to Pets Alive when we were in a desperate situation and they helped us in every way imaginable. They hired staff and taught us how to properly care for and house the animals. They helped us develop a network of volunteers and supporters, showed us better adoption practices, helped us train the animals (and the staff), and helped teach us how to stand on our own two feet. We’re doing that now. Maybe a little wobbly in our new shoes but we are definitely on our own two feet. We are grateful.
