Kerry, Matt and all those who are volunteers underestimate their ability! Thank you to Rob & Marisol, Chris, Jason, Andre, and Steffi [and everyone which I cannot possibly name here] for stepping up and going on maximum speed to pull off a fabulous benefit!

This very association of; mixing everyone together for one common cause, saving the unwanted pets, reached out to every person in the Tri-state area [and then some] was done so well. This was also a wonderful opportunity for those who have not understood your mission and now WANT to take a visit to Pet's Alive to see what you are all about and also understand why they should!

Just to see the happiness of Kerry and Matt backed by the passion of all involved was so worth while! The event was awesome; Marisol and Rob for getting the community base out for a night was astounding. Again, thank you both!

Kerry & Matt it was so nice to see you both not in your surroundings, the look of hope, and happiness on your faces was priceless!

Congratulations for a perfectly executed event and much hope for the future!

Here's the thing: when Marisol Thomas said I Love Animals, she squared her shoulders and put out her chin and she was FIERCE. And I looked around at the enchanted setting she and Rob Thomas had created, and at all the people there for Pets Alive, for the animals, for saving the lives of animals, and I was overwhelmed at what these two people had done, and are doing: for the animals.

The evening was called A Furry Tail. Thank you, Rob and Marisol, for understanding that attached to every furry tail is a beating heart, and within each heart dwells a unique spirit. That so many are in need of being saved from terrible circumstances--and from euthanasia--is a crime; that money is what drives the rescue efforts and keeps them going is something many people just don't think about, or want to think about, or understand. Caring should be enough, but it's funding that makes the difference. In saving lives.

In a world where humans have imposed their will upon so many other creatures, forced them to live with the terrible side effects of our greed, our lack of insight, and foresight--these two people have remained grounded to what is real, hurting, and in need. They have used their resources to make a difference. Thanks is too small a word, but thanks is all I know to say, from the bottom of my heart. And for all of those who speak in woofs and neighs and meows, and other wonderful dialects--another thanks.

All lives are precious above all else. Thank you Rob and Marisol; thank you Kerry and Matt. Thank you everyone at Pets Alive--you work so hard! Thank you to everyone who came out to support Pets Alive, and the work they do, which truly is a wonder. You're the light in the darkness. You're the answer to a prayer. Who can ever measure the value of a life, once hopeless, now saved? Therein lies the answer, really, to what it is you have done.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Except for one small detail...there is a picture of everyone at Pets Alive (including me), except for one person...Kerry, who looked absolutely radiant last night.

I'd like to offer a $100 donation to Pets Alive and anonymity (especially to PA staff) to anyone who comes up with a picture, and $250 for the video of Kerry dancing.

It was a wonderful evening. Rob and Marisol saved us, and we are eternally grateful. We met a lot of really nice people there, made a lot of new friends and had a really fun time.

It was truly a Furry Tail evening.
