My husband and I adopted a very abused beagle from our local Humane Soceity, it will be 5 years on March 1st since we brought him to live with us in his new "forever home", and all I can say is that he has been the best most loving, devoted dog I have ever seen! To someone who is not sure how a shelter dog would be, let me tell you this, you will never find a dog more loyal to you than a dog that you have rescued! Our Bailey was one week away from being euthanized! Our prayers are with Mindy and all of you who work tirelessly to save these beautiful animals!
