First off he's so beautiful, I love mutts, you never know what you'll get. He's a natural retriever, shoes, toys, sandwiches (intact!) and he is very "birdy", much to my ducks dismay. My older dog Guinness taught him how to swim this past week, he was hesitant (it must have COLD!)but he did seem to like it. Right now he's about 5 months old and he's a health 45lbs and growing fast. I took him to a puppy class with a local dog trainer and he was so mellow the trainer thought I had brought him in already worn out but he's soooooo smart! Loves to be groomed, sits for nails, and the other day he brought me my robe when I came out of the shower (he had pushed open the door and was sitting there waiting for me to take it from him)! You folks are a blessing for those animals who would otherwise be euthanized. My parents just recently lost their oldest dog and when the time comes, we will come to your organization to adopt.
